i'm raphael and i have a love-hate relationship with the internet. i hate being advertised to and the expectation of accessibility, but i like the internet conceptually. i am not against panopticons when they're objectively cool. in a much realer sense i was told to make a neocities page by several people and i gave into peer pressure.
